Highly professional manual mixers with fixed bowl.
Our mixers are ideal for quickly working dough for bread and pizza, allowing excellent oxygenation.
The mechanical transmissions and motors are sized to work even the most resistant mixes. Depending on the model, they are available with two speeds 3phases or 2 speeds 1phase. All the parts in direct contact with the dough are made of stainless steel to comply with all applicable regulations as well as those concerning operator safety.
Machines equipped with tank protection according to European standard UNI EN 453.
possibility to have HH version – High hydration: with transmission and characteristics suitable for doughs up to 80-90% hydration.
