The Conti divider-rounder is an ideal machine for breaking and rounding pastry, bakery and pizzeria doughs. the machine breaks the mash inserted on the plate into equal parts and rounds each single piece to form a perfectly closed ball of dough. ideal for bread, pizza and much more.

Its use is suitable for all pizzerias and bakeries wishing to optimize the preparation time of the dough.

The Hydraulic versions give the maximum precision of weight of the pieces of broken dough.

there are 3 phases of use: The dough is placed on the plate, the operator pulls the handle over the head and then on the front lever which cuts the batter into equal parts. Finally, lower the side lever to begin the rounding process.
