Information
Our mixers are ideal for quickly processing bread, pastry and pizza dough; allowing excellent oxygenation.
The mechanical transmissions and motors are sized to be able to process even the most resistant doughs. Depending on the models, they are available with digital timers to program the stop of the machine. All parts in direct contact with the pasta are made of stainless steel to comply with all current regulations,
in addition to those concerning operator safety.
The machine has bowl protection compliant with the European standard UNI EN 453
Possibility of having the HH version – High hydration: with transmission and characteristics suitable for doughs up to 80-90% hydration
