The ideal machine for the refining of any pastry product that needs to be refined, minced, until it is reduced to starchy.

Very simple in use and ordinary maintenance, in cleaning the scraper blades thanks to the very practical fixing system. Sturdy thanks to the materials used, i.e. steel reinforced sheet for the base and the use of cast iron for the upper structure. Equipped as standard with wheels for movement and locking feet. Protection according to European legislation. Main transmission with oil bath gears to ensure complete reliability as per CONTI tradition.
