Standard feauteres include two speeds and wheels to facilitate moving the machine and help keep your kitchen clean . Additional extras include two timers which permit automatic operation to relieve you of having to worry about the dough.
All parts that come into contact with the product are made from AISI 304 stainless steel and the controls comply with the highest safety standards.
The structure of the head block is made of cast iron, whereas the base is made of thick steel. But the strength of this machine is in its entirely oil bath lubricated mechanics, both for thr movement of the tools and for the rotation of the bowl, which makes it possible for you to simply enjoy using the machine without having to worry about greasing or maintenance.
